Bed in Millthorpe Motel
Motel set in a lovely area and was very reasonably priced. It was a contactless arrival and departure, but the communication from the owners was exceptional. The suggestions for meals, although being a Tuesday night these were limited, the Hotel was an excellent choice. Unfortunately most of the shops didn’t open until at least Thursday, but managed to help the exchequer of Millthorpe at the sweet shop. The cafe across the road is excellent too for coffee and supplies.

What a hidden gem this place is! Millthorpe is absolutely gorgeous and the Motel is in a great location. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful when checking in, and loved their dog Chester! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean and we even got a couple of tim tams to enjoy during our staff. We loved everything about our stay and just wish we stayed longer than one night! So glad we booked and we will definitely be back to this gorgeous little town!

We took our dog and she sniffed all about but didn’t mark as many dogs would do so the cleaning fee didn’t apply.The cleaning staff wouldn’t know if we had a dog there. We would have liked more comfy chairs but the amenities were fine and the food and mini bar was a nice touch. The pizza from the Pub was too thick pastrywise and we only have thin and crispy. We will be back but without the dog and the cottage we will book for a few days.

We could not speak more highly of the stay my wife, dog and I had at the Millthorpe Motel. The proprietors/staff were exceptional. Even when there was a mix up on my part with the accommodation of my dog, they were very gracious. We were given all the information we needed regarding shopping, meals, places of interest and the wonderful community spirit and activities of the beautiful town of Millthorpe. What a lovely place.
